To get Radio 3 working on Squeezenetwork, assuming you have a UK based IP address, go to Internet Radio, Staff Picks, By City and select BBC Radio 3, which is the link to the Squeezenetwork formatted link you need (not the .asx file given below). Radios 1 through 5 and 6/7 will work this way and you can add them all as favourites. Radio 3 is working fine for me this way.
Squeezenetwork doesn't support the real format used by the BBC, so you are limited to these alternative streams via SN.
