This is a bug and should be able to be fixed, assuming you are running
SC on Windows where WMA transcoding is available.  (Or are willing to
setup mplayer.)

A Sirius subscription allows at most 1 stream, so this can be to one
individual player or synced to multiple players.  However, sync of WMA
streams is not yet as good as MP3 streams.  You can start a different
stream on another device, but it will cause the first device to stop
playing.
