Yes, I did that to start with. I did finally figure it out though. From the duet remote, I had to select sqeezenetwork first (instead of my normal media server) before I selected Sirus Radio.
It's a little convoluted to get there, but it works well then. My suggestion to the developers would be to rethink the UI for things like this. It's great when I play my music from my media server, but a bit kludgey when you do anything else, particularly involving internet media.
