I had the same prob yesterday. Thanks to help from andyg, I discovered that Downloading the nightly build and then restarting squeezcenter fixed this (make sure squeezcenter is closed down from running in the background, before restarting). Once I click on the new last.fm logo I receive the error "There was an error loading the remote feed for Last.fm Radio: (Invalid SqueezeNetwork username or password.)". Please let me know if you get this same error message after you update your squeezecenter.
