I'm based in Australia and am very sad to have this last change with Pandora.
I have found some info on using Tor to access Pandora anywhere the world through a web browser. I run Squeezecenter on a Ubuntu sever and have set up Tor as described. It lets me list my Pandora stations (which is better than the default) but when I go to play I get the message Slim::Networking::Async::HTTP::_http_error (264) Error: [404 Request for blocked URL] Does Pandora block known Tor servers? Am I doing something wrong? It is even possible?
