I get the same problem since 7.1 was released. Is it possible that every once in a while the duet receiver cannot decode the DRM from Rhapsody? I ask that because the same sound (shattered glass) comes through when trying to play a DRM encoded file from "My Library". I didn't realize that the MP3 container could support DRM, but it's just a possibility.
