I had the same issue and the only way I figured out what was going on
was by looking at my Boom. It gave me the error of "Not able to
authenticate". I then tried changing my Rhapsody user and login on
Rhapsody. Still didn't work. I then call Rhapsody support and they
reset my user id and password to something different. It now worked
after I changed it in Squeeze Network. I then went back into Rhapsody
and reset my user id to my original user id. I changed it in Squeeze
network and tested it. Worked fine so I went back to Rhapsody again
and changed the password back to the original password, changed it in
SN and tested it. Worked fine.

So it appears that my original user id and password weren't the
problem, I just needed to have Rhapsody reset it.

Hope this helps.

Sorry slow to respond. I don't spend that much time online and God
knows I can't type.
