I finally fixed it by downloading firmware version 113. Not sure why that worked, because when I connected to Squeezecenter it forced a download back to 112, and Rhapsody still worked. I upgraded Squeezecenter to the latest version to avoid an endless cycle of firmware upgrades, now I'm back on 113 and everything is working fine.
