It's definetly not a firmware update issue. Mine goes down every weekend. Usually overnite saturday or sunday. It stays out for a few hours then comes back up again. Despite any attempts by me to fix it. This time it went down sunday night and is still down. The steps that rhapsody gives me to fix it doesn't work.
