It is not uncommon for customer and supplier to meet in a social setting. Once an account is upgraded to permanently have the features of a premium service it cannot be downgraded. A paying customer is not locked into anything and is free to leave at any time if the service does not meet his or her needs. Our current service offerings have been in place for many months. I am sorry you feel frustrated and we cannot meet your needs.
