It is not uncommon for customer and supplier to meet in a social
setting.  Granted, it is less common when the supplier is an Internet
service, and indeed the dynamics are different than a relatively
anonymous online forum.

I thought "I'm good" a couple posts ago meant I had addressed your
issues.  

Once an account is upgraded to permanently have the features of a
premium service it cannot be downgraded.  A paying customer is not
locked into anything and is free to leave at any time if the service
does not meet his or her needs.

Our current service offerings have been in place for many months.  I am
sorry you feel frustrated and we cannot meet your needs.  Again, if you
have more questions regarding MP3tunes that are not related to Logitech
or SqueezeNetwork feel free to contact me outside this forum.
