Are you sure that you've made the wpa2 code, password, in your SB3 also? It looks like SB3 sees a wireless, but is not allowed to log in (like your 'nice' neighbor now, because he/she and SB3 doesn't know what password to use).
If I remember correctly: push the left button on the remote for a few seconds. Look also in the Squeezebox Owner's Guide page 7. One mistake in your password and SB3 will not connect, then you have to reinstall your password. It can be done, because mine is working with WPA.
