I still think that you, before calling the helpdesk, completely delete
SqueezeCenter from your computer. Turn your computer off, wait a few
seconds, turn it on. Then reinstall SC.

The reason: for whatever reason there is something wrong on your
computer with the networking. The only (!) one that is still not
working is SN, a sort of network problem.
Maybe there are anywhere in your computer 'bad bits' from SC (old
trash). If you now call the helpdesk, you are looking for things that
are beyond the thinkable. Then it's a guessing game, see the
'solution': DNS.

Maybe, maybe, with a full reinstall of SC they are gone.
And if not: then call the helpdesk.
