I'm a Sirius subscriber, and I've upgraded my Sirius account to include the premium internet radio offering for $2.99/month. Sirius' web-based client works and I have access to premium streams. I'm now trying to configure my SqueezeNetwork account to work with my Sirius account. My Sirius account credentials are being rejected.
Sirius has two sets of credentials - one for account management, and one for accessing internet radio. I'm assuming I should be using my internet radio creds, but I've tried both and neither works. In all cases, SqueezeNetwork gives me error dialogs, but the errors I get vary depending on which login I use and whether or not I use the correct password. Here's what I'm seeing: Account User, Correct Password: Invalid username or password (PartnerAccountClosedError) Account User, Incorrect Password: Invalid username or password (GlobalServiceFailedLogin) Internet Radio User, Correct Password: Invalid username or password (Account is not active) Internet Radio User, Incorrect Password: Invalid username or password (GlobalServiceFailedLogin) Can anyone help make sense of this? My first assumption was a problem on Sirius' end. A call to Sirius tech support just got me a guy who was really insistent that the problem was "TechLogic".
