Rather than two versions, one mobile and one standard desktop version, how about just one new version of the webpage that is mobile friendly that REPLACES the existing web page. In other words, there is one version of the webpage now, and how about just updating this one webpage rather than adding a second companion webpage. That way it would be less work I assume to keep it maintained if you continue to just have one webpage. It doesn't have to be compliant with any particular small screen. Just a text based webpage (rather than graphics based) should do the trick. Ok, have one picture for the album artwork, but that's it. The rest should just be text. That way, the page should load faster and scroll easier on a small screen.
