I'm the webmaster of iplayerconverter.co.uk - thanks for the mention! The intention behind the site was to provide RealAudio streams for the listen again programs, as a lot of people had hardware/software that relied on RealAudio and thus didn't play well when the BBC moved radio from Real to Flash as part of the iPlayer project.
The good news is that Windows Audio streams for the listen again shows are supposed to be coming in the next month or so - when they do I'm intending to support those as well as the RealAudio streams. I'll try to keep an eye on this thread as well, but I sometimes lag by a few days depending on when I get notified of new posts by my Google alert.
