OK, it appears the RDS calls to get playlists in your library are  
completely broken when it comes to dynamic playlists, either returning  
bad data (the empty item) or no data at all.  I've asked Rhapsody  
about these issues.  The docs state that the library playlist methods  
only return a "limited set of playlists", whatever that means.  So  
unfortunately this can't be fixed right now.
