You can buy a brand new car and within the first 1000 miles the
transmission fails and has to be replaced. This happened to me. While I
have a brand new "boom" ,2 weeks young,and on sat morning when i
attempted to play a favorite station,I received the unable to connect
message for that station and all other favoirte attempt. Also it
happened with the Internet radio choices. I was unable to contact
support sat or sun because of work,and today had all intentions of
asking for help. Fortunatly I started to received  streams a little
after 8am pacific time and reading this forum,with others experiencing
similar issues the past few days. I assumed Logitech and support were
already aware and did not call. NOw that all is working,I'm glad I
invested  with a logitech product. I know slim devices and logitech are
proud of the squeezebox and want happy campers as customers,Since stuff
happens,I am satisfied in the effort to resolve what occured over the
weekend.and most important the ability to have easy access to support
post sale if needed.
