Andy: how do SqueezeNetwork based alarms handle DST time (offset,
really) changes?  I'm guessing that, in the event of a lost SN
connection on a DST change day, the failover alarm on the boom would
sound an hour off.

This is a low probability event, for sure.   But, then again, so are
satellite collisions in space, nuclear sub collisions in the middle of
the Atlantic, etc, etc.  Fortunately, the results in this case wouldn't
be quite so catastrophic.
