MP3Tunes is basically a "repository" of your mp3 music on the internet.
Yes you will have access to your Duet and Boom, they can even be
synchronized to play the same MP3Tunes selection.  I don't know about
downloading from MP3Tunes to other computers (I don't use MP3Tunes).

MP3Tunes Free Account is only for 60 days with SN usage.

Last.fm is a subscription based Internet Radio service similar to
Rhapsody, Pandora, Slacker or Napster.  I don't think you can upload
your own music.
