Otto is a 1.FM service and has three streams. Baroque and Classical do not work, but their Opera stream is working. I think it's a 1.FM issue as other 1.FM streams within SC are also not functioning. These 1.FM feeds are coming from the RadioTime service so it may be an issue with RadioTime as well. You might want to report these to RadioTime. In the mean time you can Cut & Paste this URL for Otto's Baroque into Tune In URL (plays fine on my SC7): http://baroque.1.fm/otto128k?.wma I too have experience the "displays newly selected station, but continues to play previous station if new station is not available".
