I am currently encountering the very same issue, which I did post a thread about. I still am not able to bring up the listing "Internet Radio" on my controller when I am connected to SC. I am however, able to bring up the listing "Internet Radio when connected via SN.
In the SC UI under "Plug Ins" the Internet Radio plug-in is listed, but it cannot be activated (I click on the box, but it will not populate the box with a check-mark - it appears to be "dead"). When I checked for updates, I was informed that my SB Duet is up to date.
