If you personalize (link) your SN account then you should see the same channels on your SBox as you see on Mediafly.com. However, if the shows on Mediafly.com are empty because of your selection preferences then you won't see them on your SBox. For example, if you subscribe to TWiT which comes out every sunday but you have your selection preferences set to only show episodes in the last 1 calendar day then TWiT won't show up in your SBox channels.
