At this point, neither. I did the Rhapsody 30 day trial in the latter part of last year, and through some fortuitous glitch on their part it ended up being more like a 90 day free trial for me. But when the time finally ran out I decided that the service was just too unreliable to for me to fork out the money for it. Tracks stopping mid-stream. Playlists stopping part way through. Unable to access some tracks. Just too unreliable. I have only a few days left on my Napster 30 day trial and don't think I'll subscribe to that either. IMO Napster's system for finding artists and albums is clunkier that Rhapsody's, and I'm also getting reliability problems. Often I get error messages when accessing files, other times it works fine. I think both services have a lot of promise, and I'm glad they have free trial periods. But at this point there are too many kinks for me to bite.
