Looks like I also have the same problem. When I first started using mp3tunes locker I had no problems. Now, it sometimes plays a whole album, but more often it will stop, either after a few songs, or even sometimes after each song. Very annoying.
Normal Squeezebox or Boom operation, i.e. with my local music via SqueezeCenter plays fine, only when playing via MP3tunes.
