Ok, it's likely that it was a WLAN issue. I just plugged in a LAN cable and now it works.
The really weired thing is, that the problems only occured on Napster streaming. I thought Squeezecenter and Squeezenetwork transcode the services to a standard stream format so this issue shouldn't be different between Napster, Deezer or Last.fm. Now I will look further into this. Maybe some configuration changes (I can't remember I made any :-) in the router are responsible for this.
