Yes that do cause the problem. Client Squeezebox and Squeezecenter Server send a Stream two times thru the wireless network SC -> WLAN -> router -> WLAN -> Squeezebox Also the PC signal strengh is to low to keep a reliable connection for streaming. Is it possible to wire the server PC or the Squeezebox? Homeplug (Powerline Ethernet Adapter) could help. You can try to move the router a little bit to anhance the reception. Changing the wireless channel (1, 2 or 11 maybe 13. I do not know which max channel is allowed in Singapore) could help.
