I have rectified the problem this time. Its the fault of my NetGear Router. I discovered this problem when I left my SB3 in a friend's place for a few days and he posed no problems connecting to SN. I went to buy another NetGear Router WGN2000. My SB3 connected to SN without a glitch. I have been running SN for the past few days. No hiccups whatsoever.
