Hi tim1234, we seem to be quite similar in this respect. I also bought mp3tunes via the coupon and saved the money, which in hindsight with all the problems I am having, I'm glad I didn't pay the full price. Also like you, the problem is just via my squeezebox and not on the web interface.
Though their web interface is also with many other problems. Uploading is a nightmare. It takes forever (and I have a fast upload speed via my ISP's) but what is most annoying is that it doesn't upload an entire album, always missing some songs which have to be manually uploaded again one at a time. The concept of the application is fantastic but it is riddled with bugs. It's just such a pity. One thing I wish is that squeezenetwork and squeezecenter worked together as a single unit. When on the squeezenetwork, I love it when I switch off the squeezebox it turns into a clock. On squeezecenter the screen just becomes blank. I also like the idea that mp3tunes locker can have a cut down library of just certain artists which saves me having to search through so many to find tracks. What I wish was that squeezecenter could have "library's", so I could have one with everything, but then another for just selected artists and maybe a third with my wife's favourite artists etc. If slimedevices made the screencenter work more like the squeezenetwork, i.e. when PC is off, it "reverts" to the squeezenetwork, (clock comes on and can access internet radio etc) and also have multiple library's I wouldn't really need mp3tunes.
