I've got two Wireless SqueezeBox Classics, often synchronized. Periodically I'll get that same error "Invalid playback session: A max of 3 streams is allowed." No idea what causes it, but it usually goes away pretty quickly. Tonight it took the longest to go away (something like 15 minutes).
I'm completely sure that I'm not using more than this one stream. Two players are synchronized, and I'm not playing from my iPhone or from my computer...
