I was having the same problem connecting squeezebox server to mysqueezebox.com. I finally solved the problem by the following:
I was attempting an ipconfig and got an error message of "an internsal error occured-a device attaced to the system is not funtioning, please contact Microsoft product support services for futher help" Additional information: unknown media services code. I searched for a solution and found that I had to start/resart routing and remote access services via Start/Run: services.msc After thatI was able to run ipconfig w/no error and Sequeezbox server connected to mysqueezebox.com without any problems. additional info: I was running squeezebox server on Windows XP IBM ThinkPad Laptop wirelessly conected to the internet.
