But the problem is still out there hitting random customers in EU. What I have learned in troubleshooting this issue :
a. if everything else fails : factory reset controller + receiver and wipe + re-install SBS. b. then start Duet only ( not SBS on PC ) try to connect to mySB.com c. if this fails : start up SBS , setup mySB account and try again. d. if this fails : install Squeezeplay on PC and try to connect that player to MySB.com In my case B and D would fail to connect during a service outage, while SBS and direct web site access ( mysqueezebox.com ) would still work. If only one method fails, at least you know what to investigate.
