1) If the MySB Remote Control does not show your players then your players are not connected to MySB
2) My Music (local music on your hard drive) is only usable when your players are connected to SBS server on your computer, hence it is directing you to download the SBS server software to your computer 3) Installed App's on MySB will show up on your SBS server and on your players under My Apps. Make sure your MySB login info is entered on your SBS > Settings > MySqueezeBox.com MySB and SBS are two different servers and your players must be connected to one of them.
