Did you try what I suggested? Uninstall sirius app. Then (make sure you are connected to squeezebox server by playing a local music file). Also, make sure your settings for mysqueezebox are set in squeezebox server, so that squeezeboxserver passes through to mysqueezebox. Now -- make sure Sirius app shows as uninstalled still from the radio LCD screen. If not uninstalled -- uninstall it via the radio controls. After it is uninstalled, install it again.
