On the Podcast Player page of mysb.com, there's a link at the bottom that says "Access your Podcasts as OPML". Click that link*, which depending on your web browser either generates your podcast list in OPML, or an apparently blank web page. Copy the URL of that page from the address bar and add it to your list of Podcasts in SBS using the SBS web ui, and save it by clicking Apply. This will add an entry to your SBS Podcasts that is a link to your current mysb.com list of podcasts.
