For Radio, Touch etc Triode has developed an applet for user to play "Listen Again" which should work on MySB.com when 7.5 is released.
However, the applet doesn't help SB2,SB3, Boom, Transporter and Duet users. Since Jan the BBC have "offically" made WMA streams of "Listen Again" available. These programs have been made available on the iPlayerConvertor site ( http://www.iplayerconverter.co.uk/reciva_instructions.aspx ) - SB users can add the WMA urls as podcasts feeds on MySB.com. These feed are complete but users then have a long menu to navigate which I found cumbersome. As a trial (and to satisfy a personal need) I have created a number of OPML feeds which can be entered as Favorites into MySB.com (or your SBS if you don't like plugins/applets). These OPML feeds have short list of popular programs (using BBC RSS feeds) by station (10 top) and by category (5 top). Also there is an OPML feed to previous 7 days program by time of day for main stations. The WMA streams in the OPML feeds are the international ones (i.e. 48kbits/sec) as MySB.com is based outside of the UK. I don't know if these work for UK users. I don't actively use all the feeds so it is possible there are problem in some. The "Previous days" feeds may be most unreliable.
