The fix was actually a bug fix. The last post of the following thread has the link to the bug (which is now closed):
http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=71220 After minor false start and subsequent bit of fiddling with Andy, we did get it all working perfectly and it's been functioning for me without issue on my Duet system since then. You could try reentering your account information with DI/SKY and see if that might help---a longshot, I know. Otherwise it might help to start a new thread that might receive some attention from Andy. Since your issue is now probably a result of something that's more unique to your situation rather than a generalized bug, some of our more learned brothers and sisters here might have some better suggestions. On a side note, registering and voting for important bug fixes is a really excellent tool for us users and, clearly---since it got fixed---a great way to improve our user experience! I don't know of many other products where a humble individual user as was the case with me w/this bug, gets to have a direct and productive problem-solving interchange with one of the product's developers (more kudos to Andy G!). timko;523204 Wrote: > Hi > > This problem with "not able to connect to DI and SKY" happens to my > system. > > If I remove the user account from My Apps in "mysqueezebox.com" I can > connect with all my devices as a non-subscriber.
