Same thing here in sweden... since 7.5 update my Duet controller has been very obnoxious about connecting to MySB.com. It wasn't perfect before, but now it is next to useless. Right now, I can connect to MySB.com through my web browser, the Diagnostics page on the controller shows correct info including IP address of MySB.com (89.202.121.131), ping and TCP are ok, but it is still not being registered. As it is now the controller is totally useless to me. A plastic brick. The remote on the web site works fine.
