I have a previous thread on the issue around here someplace. I tried to
use my connections to get the same, but got the same answer. It's a
priority issue on their side and the current LOE to make the changes
doesn't have a direct financial impact to them in a positive way.

I love these guys and want them to succeed because I literally use
their service 12 hours a day. 

I've been planning to do some basic side by side testing of the same
song through Pandora one and their other clients to see if I can truly
tell the difference. I know they have at least 3 different versions of
the same songs because they have One, the normal client and the mobile
client.

It pains me to admit it, but from a business point of view I understand
their perspective, but I'm on your side.
