Well, since no one else has answered... This looks like standard "keep-alive" packets that your player is sending to MSB to let MSB know it's still available. Otherwise, if you tried to use a physical, phone- or web-based controller to take it out of standby MSB might not think it was connected.
The amount of data actually being sent is minuscule, but if it's a concern on your data plan maybe someone here would know how to lengthen it beyond the two-second cycle it's now using. But you'd probably have to know what MSB is expecting, too, to not take it too far.
