I've never messed with alarms for SB players, but I don't think alarms are synchronized between SBS and MySB. Historically only basic player settings have been synced (brightness, text size, screen savers). Boom will also sync some DSP settings (StereoXL, bass & treble). They plan on syncing stream Favorites at some point.
