BLatSD..........Give this a try: First, turn shuffle OFF. Then, play the first song on your playlist (you can start anywhere). AFTER the song is playing, to back to Home > Settings and turn on Shuffle > song. That oughta' do the trick---at least it does for me on Rhapsody. Shuffle definitely does not seem to work if you turn it on first and then start playing your playlist. Let me know if this works for you......it should.
