Absolutely down, down down, and to be perfectly honest I'm just about over the bugs with the Touch and the problems with the software/firmware and the impossible sluggishness when I connect a ext HD. Doesn't matter what I try! WD essential with own power supply/maxtor etc- all very sluggish. Not happy.
