two ways: 1. contact the seller via email and have him remove the SB3 from his mysqueezebox.com account (he'll have to log in and do this). 2. Write down the MAC address from bottom or back of SB3. Call Logitech Customer Support. Tell them that your used SB3 is still registered to someone else's account and that you have the MAC address and would like to have it unregistered.
