Update: I went to find the stream loop at the above location and there wasn't a "Sound & Effects" entry in the menu under My Apps. Not sure what that's all about. Stream used to be properly working on preset #6 for like two years now! So it had to be in there as some point otherwise how would I have played it in the first place so that I could program it to the #6 preset? Anyway, I had to go through some silly "install" thing so that it showed up, then i could play the stream loop. Once I had stream looping, I looked at the URL and it appeared to be the same as it always was.
