It is the solution *if* the issue is DNS caching.  If your device or
your router (or even your ISP) is remembering the DNS settings for
abc.com, but now xyz.com is needed, DNS caching will keep trying the
incorrect abc.com for ever.  So in this case flushing the old incorrect
DNS info will force the new DNS info to be utilized.

Not all connection issues to MySB.com are related to such DNS caching
issues, but obviously this simple DNS fix has resolved recent MySB.com
connection issues for a number of users.
