Hi Am having a very similiar problem. I installed my duet on the 24th December. I created an account on squeezebox.com with a username and password.
The local server have this smae username and password set. (no problem.) But when I tell the duet to connect to squeezebox.com it tells me to go to jive.squeezenetworks.com and enter the following PIN. From what I can tell the PIN is an old thing no longer used. The remote and box have the latest software.
