UK based and got mine a little before christmas - it was down for a considerable period on Christmas day itself and quite a few hours yesterday. Fortunately it revived itsefl for the new year party and streamed live.fm happily enough.
Though every time I tried to sync the Boom and the Touch for that party music system effect, the pair of them just dropped out!
