As explained here: www.mysqueezebox.com/spotify your Squeezebox should ask you to update to r9283, after you download and install the nightly sbs 7.5.3 and connect the Squeezebox to it.
In the unlikely event that this doesnt happen, you can also manually update your Squeezebox . This is pretty easy to do on the Squeezebox Touch, a little harder on the Squeezebox Radio.
