Newer versions of SB Server can be downloaded directly from 'mysqueezebox.com' (http://www.mysqueezebox.com/download) for the ReadyNAS models (both SPARC and x86 models have downloads available). However you'll want to follow the instructions here - 'Upgrading Squeezebox Server on ReadyNAS' (http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12125) - which will have you download a Clean utility to reset the database to ensure a problem-free upgrade.
The RAIDiator download probably isn't necessary (I assume you're running the latest software version of it already).
