For some months know, I've had problems with both my Boom and Sb3 when connected to Mysb.
My Sb3 frequently cannot connect to mysb for some reason, and says it can't find the server. Then magically it can. This seems to be related to a firmware update a while ago that was supposed to reduce network traffic. Maybe a DNS issue? I don't know... I also used to have my Boom/Sb3 set to use DHCP, but for a while this has not been possible - DHCP client seems to be broken, so I have to set network details manually.
